His work has covered battery project advisory, supplier and EPC search, technical-commercial evaluation, procurement, price benchmarking, price negotiation, FAT support, client-side supervision, O&M, reporting, battery analytics and after-sales support.
Europe Smart Energy was created to give clients direct access to this experience without the complexity of a large consulting organization.
When a project needs suppliers, EPCs, OEM support or specialist local resources, they can be identified and coordinated according to the client's needs — ESE remains on the client's side.
